Elmer Doan Wilhite, Jr.
86, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, August 14, 2006. He was born January 22, 1920. Elmer was a Manufacturers Representative. He was preceded in death by his son, Rusty Wilhite. Elmer is survived by his wife, Shirley (Filmore) Wilhite; daughter, Dawn Wilhite; sons, Randall Wilhite, Richard Wilhite, and Roy Wilhite; sister, Elenore Milburn; 5 grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, August 17 from 4-8 pm at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, 8151 Allisonville Road. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Indiana Architectural Foundation, Wilhite Scholarship in care of the mortuary.
